The 90-Night Sleep-On-It Guarantee

We believe the best way to evaluate a grounding product is to actually sleep on it. That's why every Ohm Standard order is covered by a 90-night money-back guarantee — even if the product has been used and washed.

How it works

• You have 90 days from the delivery date to request a full refund of your purchase price.
• Used and washed items are eligible. We will never deny a refund because you opened, used, or laundered your product. Testing it is the whole point.
• To start a return, email support@ohmstandard.com with your order number. Our team responds within 1–2 business days, Monday–Friday, and will provide return instructions.

Our recommendation (not a requirement)

Grounding benefits are often cumulative. Many customers notice changes in the first week, but we recommend giving your product 30 consecutive nights before deciding — that's how the supporting research protocols were run. This is a suggestion, not a condition: you may request a refund at any point within the 90-day window, whether that's day 5 or day 89.

Return shipping

• Returned items must be sent back to complete the refund. Our support team will provide the correct return instructions and address when your return is approved — please do not ship items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns cannot be tracked or refunded.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refund processing

• Once your return is approved and confirmed, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit to your account.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with photos. We'll make it right with a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping required in these cases.

Fair use

This guarantee exists so you can try grounding risk-free. We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse (e.g., repeated purchase-and-refund cycles across multiple orders).
