Shipping Policy
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States only (all 50 states). We do not ship to PO boxes at this time.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays begin processing the next business day.
Delivery time
Once your order ships, delivery within the US typically takes 5–12 business days. During busy periods, some orders may take longer. You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays or other factors outside our control.
Shipping rates
Orders of $99 or more: FREE
Orders under $99: $6.95 flat rate
Order tracking
Tracking is sent automatically at dispatch. Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation. It's normal for tracking to stay quiet for the first several days after dispatch.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 10+ days or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact support@ohmstandard.com and we'll investigate with the carrier. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we'll send a free replacement right away. If a replacement isn't possible or you'd prefer not to wait, contact us and we'll work out a solution.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, email us as soon as possible after ordering (ideally within 24 hours) and we'll do our best to correct it before dispatch. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we'll always try to help.
